In this 1-hour FaceTime consultation, we’ll assess your baby’s sleep habits, answer your questions, and craft a custom plan that suits your family's routine. You'll receive:
A personalized sleep plan (naps, feeding, bedtime)
Recommendations to help your baby sleep longer and self-soothe
3-5 days of follow-up messaging support, including feedback, notes, and voice memos
We kindly ask that you log the 24-hour period before your consultation so we have an idea of your baby’s baseline.
Availability may vary depending on when you inquire and nurse scheduling. Please reach out to us as early as possible to reserve your spot on our calendar!

If you need additional time or support, you can purchase extra weeks of messaging assistance.
